Our Focus School Program was launched in 2021 to allow us to shrink our service area while also creating deeper partnerships with the Title I Schools we serve. Through this approach, we partner with our Focus Schools for 3 – 5 years. With years 4 and 5 focused on us helping the school build the capacity to operate our programming on their own, and then we move onto another deserving school and repeat the process. This helps us build more meaningful partnerships with schools and better track impact data over time to analyze the outcomes of our work on student achievement, academic outcomes, teacher retention and recruitment.
